FAQ

Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are listed for sale through our website. A link to our TicketTailor page will be added to our NOW SHOWING page as soon as they are available for purchase.

There are several ticket types - what am I supposed to buy?

For the traditional drive-in experience you will need to both:

1) Buy a car slot for your car's size (Small: sedan or smaller Large: SUV, crossover, pickup truck, van, Jeep etc). The car slot also includes admission for the driver.

2) Buy admission tickets for every additional person in your car. For example, if there are four people in your party, you will need an additional three tickets.

What if you are sold out of car slots?

We offer walk-in tickets. Simply purchase additional tickets and they will be honored as ‘walk-in’ aka no vehicle. All walk-in customers will be required to park off-site, as we do not currently have spill-over parking. The Globe does not provide seats for walk-in patrons at this time.

Do you have discounted kids tickets?

All admission is the same price per movie, however children two years old & under are free.

Can I get discounted tickets?

Sometimes! Keep an eye on our social media or sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop about current promotions.

Something came up! What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for any reason, other than a show being completely cancelled and unable to be rescheduled. However, if you are unable to attend a show, let us know at least an hour beforehand and we can usually get you a voucher code for use on a future movie.

Location

Where are you Located?

Bad Weather Policy

Given the outdoor nature of our business, sometimes nature interrupts our plans. Both high winds & rain can negatively affect your enjoyment of the movie (and lightening as well is a safety issue). In the case of cancellation due to weather, you will be offered a rain check to the rescheduled event or a voucher code good for any another movie. We typically do not call off a movie due to weather until about an hour until it starts (though it might be sooner if it will obviously be an issue). We will notify you by email should we have to cancel due to weather.

At the Drive-In

How do I listen to the movie?

Through your own car speakers! Just put your car into accessory mode, and tune into the FM radio station listed on your tickets.

Can I reserve a specific spot?

In short, no. Spots are assigned based on car size and when you arrive. Larger vehicles are towards the back. Arrive earlier for a spot in the front!

Can you park me next to my friends?

We will certainly try! It helps if you have the same size car and show up together. Just let us know when you check-in.

What movies do you play?

Do you sell alcohol? Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, we do not sell alcohol, but you may BYOB! We just ask you drink responsibly and not bother other patrons.

Can I Bring my dog?

If your dog is quiet & friendly, then yes you can bring them. We do ask owners keep dogs on leashes & clean up after them. As is our policy for anything that interrupts the movie for other patrons, if your pet is loud and/or bothering others you will be asked to leave without a refund.
